Refund and Cancellation

Cancellations

Cancellation made 7 days before check-in → Full refund.
Cancellation made within 3–6 days before check-in → 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 3 days before check-in → No refund.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date (no-show), the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, charges for unused nights are non-refundable.

Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
